This venue is conveniently located just a short walk from Yaletown.

The deluxe king suite we stayed in was generous sized with nice beds. Supper friendly staff at reception desk and concierge, the breakfast was reasonably good. This hotel was located in a central area adjacent to most shopping and attractions, the Library where free buses run to Grouse Mountain and the entertainment district.

The room was spacious and had central heating, a personal safe, and pay TV; the location was fantastic with views of the mountains, and it was conveniently close to both the entertainment district and downtown.

This hotel is conveniently located near the mountains with close proximity to restaurants, a metro station, and BC Place for sporting events.

The pool area is clean too. Late check-out. Absolutely perfect and nice location in a shopping area, close to Vancouver, and the train station. Situated only 1 km from a renovated stadium.

the hotel was well-kept in general, had attentive staff at reception desk and concierge. the breakfast at the place was above average and assorted for platinums. our rooms were generous-sized and newly renovated, with nice beds. the location was magnificent, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from yaletown. it also was to public transport @ central location.

This hotel had a great location, just steps away from everything in downtown. The rooftop pool and hot tub were beautiful and a great way to relax after a long day of exploring. The staff was exceptional, especially the concierge who went above and beyond to make our trip special. They provided great recommendations and were very accommodating throughout our stay.

The main bedroom had difficulty regulating temperature, with it being too hot all night. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable, causing backaches for my son and myself.

Thank you for a fairly nice stay. The place is priceless and has easy location in downtown Vancouver. The best thing is location - close enough to Whistler as well as shops. There is cafeteria Gong cha, set 500 metres walk away. There is an individual safe, air conditioning and a sofa bed - that's always a plus. The hotel provides a very good service. It has nice views and great pools.

The location was marvellous and phenomenal, for example, Block was within easy walking distance of the hotel. We loved rooms with balcony.

The staff was very polite and friendly, and the location of this place is amazing, being extremely near to public transportation and the city center.

Great location, convenient for exploring the city. undergoing renovation but our room was still clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good value for the central downtown area. walking distance to Rogers Arena.
